Unprofessional and rude. I've been here a handful of times. They need to get rid of that shorter, young girl. She has poor customer service and is condescending.

Ruined my eyebrows, waxed off way too much of the front of my eyebrows, should ask before doing that to people. Instead of worrying about where I do my lashes should have been focused on my eyebrows.
