Very rude unprofessional, made me keep My eyes open while applying eye lashes, which no one has ever made me do, didn’t apply the promotion to my payment, didn’t oil my eyebrows before threading them and blamed me
Today was the first day after 2 years of getting waxed and I got waxed by Luna and surprisingly it didn’t hurt as much as I expected. She really took her time and She was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back in future. 10/10
I am so disappointed by the service received this evening. The young lady working on MLK Day completely ignored all of my requests. I asked her not to remove any of the hair between the brows and she removed all of them. The result is now both brows are asymmetrical - if I were unethical, I would have refused payment. I also told her that I did not want wax, only threading and she slaps wax on my face. What is wrong with her? Terrible service. I paid $30 for a botched job.
