DeAnne has always been helpful on all occasions. Such as finding out if a service is covered to researching local doctors in network. Or heck just figuring out how to use BCBS website. She also researched my available options for insurance helping me narrow down best picks. As well as best bang for buck.
Every time I talk to Nikki some how she screws up my policies. The owner Marissa said she fixed my policy and then Nikki still figured out how to cancel my policy. Would recommend everyone to stay away from this place.
