Tonight, Taft and Tiffany had to transport my mother in law to the emergency room. They knew she would be upset moving her, checking vitals, etc. they used very calm voices, talking her through each step. Instead of rushing to do their job they showed compassion and took time to ensure she was aware of the process. Well done Person County EMS!
