This place is a joke. No service can be expected from this place because they do not provide any services, only excuses. The supervisor told me I wanted everything instantly when her caseworker never showed up within two months. They just securing their jobs to enroll people with zero services
The service coordinator services at this company is a nightmare I haven't received any help I have had multiple people assigned to my sons case they want to do the bare minimum that make them look like their doing there job
Care coordinators switch too frequently. They are inundated with cases and do not return calls. You are just a number here. Please pick another OPWDD service provider.
