Intake care coordinator was the best , after my son was assigned a new care coordinator , who I talk to only one time and never heard from her again, called the supervisor multiple times and also called the supervisors supervisor, no responds, they had finally assigned my son another care coordinator earlier this year who recently called Cps on me , mind you in the past 5 months that’s we’ve knew her she came to the first visit and scheduled another one but never followed through, so she decided that she was going to text me... read more
Great organization
This place is a joke. No service can be expected from this place because they do not provide any services, only excuses. The supervisor told me I wanted everything instantly when her caseworker never showed up within two months. They just securing their jobs to enroll people with zero services
The service coordinator services at this company is a nightmare I haven't received any help I have had multiple people assigned to my sons case they want to do the bare minimum that make them look like their doing there job
