Mr. Jeffries and his team at Persistent Roofing are top notch! He has a wonderful way about him that makes you feel comfortable even during an otherwise stressful situation. He and his team were professionals from beginning to end. He worked with my insurance company so I barely had to talk to them which was huge! We had several layers of roofing to be removed, and the cleanup from the massive debris was so impressive. You had to look for evidence that the roof had just been put on. I give Michael Jeffries and his company Persistent Roofing 5 stars, would like to give more! I was referred to Persistent Roofing by a friend after the tornado from January 2020. Michael Jeffries was very responsive to my situation and took care of my missing shingles. He also walked my roof looking for any other problems. I was a little wary of choosing a roofing company; I spoke with five and am very pleased that I settled on Persistent Roofing. A couple of companies quoted a price for a roof, and then told me of course they could use better products for a higher price. Persistent Roofing gave me one price - including the better quality products - from the start. Their price was better than several of the other companies' bait and switch prices, too. The owner of Persistent Roofing was extremely professional, courteous, and very responsive when I asked for a quote and follow-up questions. Some roofing companies did not even respond. I would recommend Persistent to anyone and everyone who asks for a recommendation. Thanks for everything Michael!
