The hostess was very helpful with the food selection. The food was very delicious.
The customer service was very disappointing. The staff didn’t seem to know the menu well, and the lady at the front desk wasn’t confident about taking orders. We ordered one item, but we were served something completely different. When we pointed it out, she insisted that we had ordered the item we received instead of acknowledging the mistake. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I expected much better service.
They need to improve customer service, ambience and food quality.
