Open area made it loud inside. There was some kind of gathering going on so that may have made it a little worse than normal. The beer was good and we had a pretzel app that was soft and salty, but the cheese was... weird. I don't know if it separated but it was just off. Nice clean place and good service.

Persimmon Hollow has an awesome selection of beers, ciders, and mimosas, as well as a complete food menu. Everything I've tried here has been tasty for the most part, however it seems like the quality of the food has slipped lately. Menu items like the smash burger, nachos, and buffalo chicken flatbread were better prepared and more flavorful a month ago. The variety of beers is really great though and the mimosas are delicious. I recommend checking it out!
