Excellent service throughout from both Andy and Ivan. They made sure my ring was resized to the perfect width and even offered another resizing when I noticed it was too loose. Highly recommend visiting this shop if you are in Manhattan. Great inventory of products as well.

I just had a 14kt gold and diamond charm custom made. It was exactly as described when I ordered it. I had priced it elsewhere and this store was very competitive The customer service was beyond polite. It was shipped to my home and packaged beautifully . ( This is an honest and unsolicited review ) I will be back to shop for more when the need arises

Absolutely love this shop! Andrew is a total gem (pun intended), and his assistant Vanessa is fantastic. The selection of beautiful, high‑quality pieces is excellent, and for custom work Andrew arranges everything, brings in a curated selection of gemstones, and guides you through the design process so you end up with just the right piece every time.
