Stay Away from them! Received different items that I ordered and they're blaming manufacturer. I ordered 12oz package- received 10oz. Refusing to issue a refund! Filing a claim with bank

I have ordered over 50 products from Persian Basket and am delighted with the quality and with the service. I love the figs, turkish plums, fresh bread and the array of herbs and spices. The packaging is excellent, with bubblewrap used generously with glass items. I also appreciate that items I might not have realized needed refrigeration, were clearly marked "refrigerate". I highly recommend Persian Basket, they make online shopping a pleasure.

Great company to deal with. We have been buying their meals for the past few years for our older parents and also for our daughter in college. The quality of the meals are superb. The delivery is quick and the customer service is top notch.

ery dishonest company. I dont e er write comments online. But I'm very disappointed and truly regret placing an order with company. The box I ordered never made it to destination and they say it's not fault the the recipient has not received my basket. They will not refund me neither will send another box. That means I placed an order just to donate money to them!!!!

Worst pistachios ever, And when I called and they asked what kind of Pistachios, I told them it was Akbari and told them it wasn't even close. They replied back saying close to what!!!? They don't' even know their products. Akbari pistachios are supposed to be the BEST persian pistachios. They were rude and clueless. I wouldn't buy anything from these jokers.
