My personal training experience is top notch. Jennifer is very focused on building strength and core. In just two and half weeks I can feel a difference in how I feel. I highly recommend this gym.

This gym is an amazing place to go! They are always kind, friendly, greeting you as soon as you walk in the doors. They help motivate you to get the job done if there’s anything that is needing to be modified because you’re not able to do it they will make sure that they give you a exercise that it’s comparable and you are able to accomplish it. 5 Star CrossFit Gym. Very accessible and supportive coaches for all fitness levels. Clean facilities and friendly atmosphere. Highly Recommended giving it a try.
