We hired Rob to replace our hot water tank with a Navien tankless system resulting in a very clean and reasonably priced install. He was very patient with all of my questions before, during, and after, and is someone who clearly takes pride in his work.
I have used Rob on a few occasions over the last couple of years to fix various things that are wearing out on our house. He is very responsive to a customer's needs and does the work quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.
Rob & his team were excellent. We called with an emergency and they arrived within the hour!!
Rob lives up to the name! Can’t thank him enough for persevering through an emergency call that came in late for my mother who lives in Union Bay. Handling a water meter repair after sunset until it was completed. Rob was courteous over the phone, gave a great rate, and made sure the job was completed well. He is a class act and worthy to receive your business. God bless!
What can I say but thank you. Rob was prompt and very professional with our dealings. He and his associate moved my hot water tank and my water shut off to a more accessible area. Cleaned up after and we're done with minimal disruption for us. His price was reasonable and to the penny with no unexpected extras. If I have more work to do plumbing wise I will be contacting Rob and Perseverance plumbing and gas without delay. Great Cumberland business and great customer service.
