I cannot say enough about how great my experience with Katelyn and Perseverance Fitness. Registering month to month has been wonderful. Allowing for the comfort of knowing who is in your group. It’s a truly safe place to workout. Small groups that are filled with all ages, shapes and sizes of women. No judgement, just a lot of fun. Not only do we get a fantastic workout, but mentally we get a break from the stresses of life. When I started almost 2 years ago, there was NO CHANCE I could do a sit-up. Amazing fitness programs. I love the different fitness programs offered, and there are always different options of exercises as well, depending on your fitness level.
I have been going to perseverance fitness for around 10 years. I started at 224 lbs with zero fitness or sport background and very intimidated to start, from the very beginning I felt welcomed and empowered! Back then I started with 3 and 5lb weights and I’m sure terrible form but have proved to myself how strong I really am and I continue to be able to challenge myself every class. Katelyn and the team at Perseverance Fitness are absolutely amazing! Welcoming to all fitness levels, adaptations for injuries and always encouraging. I have been going for a number of years and will continue to go as it's such a wonderful environment with awesome ladies!
