No complaints about Dr. Persaud but the billing office in the Dunes (not Rapid City) is horrible. I am still waiting for a phone call back from the office manager. I've tried for months. She is always "unavailable" and has not returned numerous phone calls so I could voice my concerns. Unfortunately my husband and I both will be leaving there as patients. Not worth the headache anymore and they obviously don't care.
The billing office of Dr. Michael Presaud is unbelievably bad. I had a procedure done in July 2018. My procedure was coded wrong and for 12 months I tried to get the office manager to call me and explain. After 12 months of inability to get a call back I paid. Then I started to receive a statement for interest on a charge I should not have gotten in the 1st place.
