We had an issue with our vehicle while on our way to our campground. James was very quick to help and got us on our way very quickly. I heard several customers saying he was the only person they would have working on their vehicle.
Would hate ve it zero stars if I could I called them about my vehicle for 3 weeks straight and all I heard was nothing but lies if I was you I would take it to a real reliable mechanic and not a shady one that charges out the rear especially when a person is on disability
Had them replace ball joints on my truck afterwards started hearing a clinking noise that got worse very fast stop at a shop closer to me they jacked it up and the ball joint was so loose the nut unscrewed by hand on the lower ball joint i called them and they ask what shop i had it at i told them which one they said the guy who is at that shop is the one who loosened it blaming the issue they caused one him which caused me to have to get two new tires since they wore bad dont go to these people when they mess up they point ... read more
I purchased a vehicle from Perryville Auto, and these guys put a turbo on, but did not attach the clip, which holds the rod in place. This caused the motor to build up too much pressure, which caused a rod to go through the motor. This caused me to be out $6000 dollars, an they would not help. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this place nor the Auto sales area again.
They had 15” 14 ply trailer tires in stock that I couldn’t find anywhere else and at a better price installed then I could order just the tires for. I replaced the cheap tires my new enclosed came with and didn’t have to wait long, very fair priced tire and install
