I’ve been to several Perry’s restaurants in other states which were awesome and great experiences so I was beyond excited when this restaurant finally opened in Richmond. I visited Perry’s on my birthday and the experience was very bad. The food was cold and seasoned-less. Service was mediocre. Will not be returning to this location again.

Celebrated our 31st anniversary here on a Wednesday night. This was our third time here and service has always been amazing. Food was delicious and hot, however the young gentleman that was serving us, you could barely him talk and not very engaged. Our area was not busy and he seemed to disappear. Our server Sydney made this a 5-star experience. We gave this Short Pump location another try after having a bad experience the first time. Massive improvement and we now like it better than our usual location (Denver Metro).
