Very bad customer service specially on service desk person called Ellie she’s so rude.
Awful. Had been called by them after enquiring about buying a new car, so went in to have a look at the car in person. Walked in and two people noticed us looking around the cars but no-one even said hello, despite us being the only customers in there. We had a look at the cars and colours and the people didn’t leave their desks or even say ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’.
