I just wanted to say how awesome these guys are!!!! I gave them a call and was panicked and worried, being with out water. They showed up next day and was able to provide me with very helpful suggestions. As well as fix my problem and now I have water!!! Thank you to Shane for being understanding and knowledgeable! Also thank you to Mr Chris for being very quick and answering a holdiay weekend call!

I highly recommend Perry's Pump Repair. I came home to find water gushing out of the ground around my well pump. I quickly called Perry's and they sent two technicians to my home within the hour. Thirty minutes later, the repair was complete with a very reasonable charge. The service techs were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and were happy to explain the process. This is my second time using Perry's and each time has been a great experience.
The company got back to me very quickly and set up an appointment quickly as well. Shane identified and fixed the problem (he had the parts in stock), and he even called someone else in the company to get another opinion. Shane was polite and professional. We appreciate your fixing of the problem with our water softening system.
