Do not book. Just trust me. Don’t book. First: we arrive at 4 to check in. We had 3 rooms. Our luck we got the worst room of them all. The AC was broken. We spoke to the front desk and they stated they couldn’t move us rooms, and they would send maintenance. We got the run around that there were no more rooms in the area we were staying (Garden) so I said ok are there other ocean front rooms available and she said I will have to check but maintenance was coming. Not sure about the really negative reviews… stayed in the south tower, 506, kitchen and bathroom looked brand new as if never been used. Soft linens, good beds, plenty of towels. Morning Donuts the same as when I was a kid. Beautiful lawn area on beach unlike almost any other hotel on the beach. Lawn is under renovation in places and some areas appear to be freshly landscaped. Pools beautiful.
