Owner is a liar and doesnt not know what hes doing. He dropped my 500 dollar knife and broke the tip and chipped the sheeps horn handle. Tried to lie and cover it up by resharpening it but failed to fix it and definitely would not replace it. Before that ad him make a sheath for me for the knife but not to sharpen the factory edge. I dropped off multiple other knives to shapen. He made the sheath for the wrong knife i told him to then sharpended the knife i wanted a sheath for that had a factory edge on it and i specifically... read more

Great customer service, was in there today and Karen (I believe) was very helpful. Let me check out a dozen knifes before I ended on a new ZT 0770. I’m very grateful to have a store like this local!
