After we had a basement flood, I called Philip Perry. He came over that same day to give us a quote & helped us set up fans. A few days after our carpet had dried, he returned to clean/sanitize our carpeting. Philip provided friendly service, he worked very hard & did a thorough job. His quote was reasonable & the final invoice was as quoted. His work is excellent, we are very pleased & we highly recommend Perry's Elite Services.
