"we don't work on anything older than 2000 model year" said whatever gal that was answering the phone on 20JUL2020
They just wanted to try and do rip people off, wanted say they need to charge to diagnose a know issue with vehicle. Also, they wanted to purchase all parts and will mot allow customer to purchase parts or find better price. Dishonest, a few years ago was a great mechanic. But not anymore.
