Absolutely amazing dining experience all around. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Seating time to waters on the table was maybe 30 seconds. The drinks are on the more expensive side but they are 100% worth the price. The drinks were delicious and well balanced, and felt like a fully unique and custom experience. This is a fine dining experience with the best bar in Puyallup. I had the custom Gammel Dansk for a drink, one that was specially formulated to resemble an actual Gammel Dansk from Denmark. I followed it with the shrimp and asparagus risotto. This was one of the best risottos that I've ever had. The asparagus was a little crunchy, but it added crispness to the dish. What took us so long to find this gem. Fabulous, excellent.
Love this place! The food was delicious. The server wonderful. Such a cozy atmosphere. We spent a little bit more than average because we had a couple of cocktails and wine with dinner.
