Bad people, even worse company. Service is poor and fail to reply to you in a timely manner. Many better options than this one. Dangerous drivers and parts order is a hassle when needed.
Horrible company to work with, wouldn’t waste your time at all. Especially Sally Estey, very rude and condescending to clients. Find somewhere else to go!
Couldn't order parts from any supply house because bills haven't been paid and then complained about hours on jobs but couldn't complete in time because we couldn't order parts so they were contradicting themselves
We have been through a few mechanical companies that were probably 3-4 stars but what separates PMI from the rest is their ability to solve problems and quickly. I run a SNF here in Sacramento and whether it's 1 Am or 4 PM, they get individuals out here to solve crisis situations as soon as possible. Byron is an all star.
