I am so thankful for Ed Korn at Perryman Construction Management (PCM). Stop blocking the road on 43rd st in Garden City with a semi truck and use a flagger. Not cool at all, semi trucks keep blocking half the road.

Perryman Construction has been great to deal with. They have great communication and direction and scope has always been clear. They pay on time and negotiate fairly when it comes to changes in scope. I highly recommend them.
