DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP!!! We brought our vehicle to them for repairs after a hit-and-run rear end accident. They did an estimate, lost the estimate, lost our scheduled repair day/ time and were non-communicative throughout the entire process. In the end they TRIPLE CHARGED us for work they did by running an old claim on a different vehicle in addition to the current claim and WOULD NOT CORRECT THEIR ERROR. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. DO NOT GO HERE! Wish I could give worse than 1 star. My car came out worse than when I dropped it off. Was yelled at by the "owner" Rick who stormed off mid conversation. Terrible communication throughout the process. Context: I was hit by another driver and found to not be at fault. Door panel busted in, wheels misaligned, and my $6,000 auto driving features were disabled, I assumed due to the misalignment. Went in and they said they had the expertise to fix everything. EXCELLENT body work & Orlando was awesome to deal with!
Don't go! – I was hit head on by an All State insured driver, who was cited for careless driving. All State gave me this and another place as the option. This was closer to my home, so I chose them. I don't know a thing about cars, so when my car was fixed I assumed everything was fine. The steering wheel was off the right some, but I figured it wouldn't cause any harm, and everything was paid for, so I ignored it. 2 months later, my tires were bald and I was having to put air in them everyday. Car Body Need Some TLC...Take it to Perry & Terry! – I was stopped at a red light and rear ended. My car was thrown forward into another car, so I ended up with damage to the front and rear of my car. Totally satisfied I was in a terrible front end wreck with my Subaru Legacy. My insurance company recommended Perry and Terry Collison Center and they were dead on with the recommendation. The wreck was so bad they needed to remove the engine and have the engine repaired. I was really worried about how it would look and drive after the repairs.
