DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP!!! We brought our vehicle to them for repairs after a hit-and-run rear end accident. They did an estimate, lost the estimate, lost our scheduled repair day/ time and were non-communicative throughout the entire process. In the end they TRIPLE CHARGED us for work they did by running an old claim on a different vehicle in addition to the current claim and WOULD NOT CORRECT THEIR ERROR. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. DO NOT GO HERE! Wish I could give worse than 1 star. My car came out worse than when I dropped it off. Was yelled at by the "owner" Rick who stormed off mid conversation. Terrible communication throughout the process. Context: I was hit by another driver and found to not be at fault. Door panel busted in, wheels misaligned, and my $6,000 auto driving features were disabled, I assumed due to the misalignment. Went in and they said they had the expertise to fix everything.
