was seen on time. Dr. Stein's demeanor was professional and welcoming. He listened and he was very concerned about me as a person - not a symptom. Great experience with a great Dr.
He ghosted me. I have tried to reach him via both offices but he doesn't answer calls nor does he call back. I left messages on his voicemail and with his staff but he is yet to respond. He is holding my prescription hostage and refuses to refill unless I see him but he is unavailable for appointment. If I don't hear from him by Monday, I will report his misconduct to the New York State Medical Board.
