When we bought our home, we already knew the roof would need to be replaced because it had two layers of old shingles and the original plywood decking. I’m very pleased with Perry & Sons Construction. They fixed the wood roof decking, improved the ridge vents, and put on new shingles with solid roofing materials and skilled workmanship. Jacob was friendly, clear, and honest throughout the whole job. He took time to explain each step, answered my questions by phone and text, and made the entire roofing process easy to understand. I needed gutter repairs and wasn’t sure if they should be replaced, so I got several estimates from different roofing companies. Clinton was very professional and was the only person who actually got up on the roof to inspect the gutters, flashing, and nearby roof areas closely. Donovan and his crew at Perry & Sons Construction handled a roof repair for leaks at my home, and the whole job turned out great. They removed damaged shingles and siding, added quality underlayment and flashing, and finished the roof with new shingles, siding, and trim. Everything looks clean, solid, and professionally done, and the leaks are completely gone.
