My roof has a low pitch which makes typical shingles unsuitable. I'm getting ready to sell my house and knew that a roof replacement was necessary. Donovan, the roofer, conducted a comprehensive evaluation of my roof and provided suggestions for replacement, including the materials that should be used. His quote was a bit higher than the next one, but it covered the complete replacement of all the wood, as opposed to charging for each individual piece.
