Our roof was not very old, but it had very low-grade shingles and several would come loose every time strong wind and heavy rain moved through. After the original installer was no longer available, I contacted Perry & Sons Construction, and Jacob came out the same day to inspect the roof and explain what was causing the problem. We had our home's roof replaced at a very fair price, and the workmanship and roofing materials were excellent. The crew finished the full roof replacement on time in just one day, cleaned up the property well, and had the dumpster removed quickly. Easy 5 stars. Tristan, Jordan, Frederick, and the rest of the roofing crew were excellent. At first I was unsure about the rate, but I quickly saw the value because it covered a full team working together on the roof leak, checking flashing, testing problem areas, and measuring every likely source of water intrusion.
