After reaching out to a few roofing companies with no luck, i noticed a sign for a local roofer and gave them a call. Tanner from their team came out promptly the next day and provided a clear, detailed estimate at a fair price. When i called back to move forward, oliver was really helpful and showed me a variety of shingle colors to choose from. i noticed a leak in my roof right above the doorway that leads from the laundry room to the garage, so i reached out to Perry & Sons Roofing & Construction. tanner showed up in just a few hours and quickly figured out the problem—the plastic roof vent had cracked, which let water into the house. after talking things through with tanner, i chose to upgrade all the old plastic vents to metal ones, replacing a total of 19 vents. the very next day, tanner and oliver came back and replaced every vent before the rain rolled in. bo... read more

when i realized i needed a new roof, i was unsure if i could handle the cost. however, greyson from perry & sons roofing & construction was extremely helpful. he thoroughly checked my roof, took pictures and explained everything - the good, the bad, and the not so pretty parts. he identified hail damage and two layers of shingles on my roof and assured me that my homeowners insurance could cover the expenses, except for the deductible. my insurance agent visited and agreed with greyson's assessment. greyson also helped me to... read more
