I've always heard great things about Perry's. We had our AC down and not only did they show up first thing the next morning, but had us up and running in an hour. Really great people. Polite, professional and quick. One of the best service experiences we've had in the Keys or anywhere for that matter. A+++ service

Called them about our ac not cooling. They came on-site a week later after constantly going back and forth, taking time off work, and when they got to the house, they noticed the brand New unit recently out of warranty had no charge. They recharged the ac, invoiced us for 5 times the price, and the ac lost charge again that night. Then they came back and charged us again for troubleshooting only to tell us that we needed a new outdoor unit. Our air handler crapped out last night ... contacted Devin this morning, he was here in no time ... found the problem, had the part, fixed in record time!! We're cool again! Thanks Devin ... friendly, expert, expedient service ... ROCK STAR !!

Showed up within an hour of calling/texting!!! Which was especially important on how hot of a day it is! The guys were super friendly and explained everything to me. Even showed me videos of what was happening.Thank you!

I've been recommending Perry's to my clients for years. Our a/c went out after hours. Brian responded & got us on the schedule for first thing the next morning. The crew had us up & running before 11AM. Can't beat this level of service in the keys!
