Friendly as could be and very knowledgable
Had issues with my breaks and Chris was able to let me know how to fix them on my own to save me $300 because my breaks were no longer manufactured. They held my bike as I did not have a mode of transportation during the holidays to pick it up and they reminded me about it after I forgot about it. Had a lot going on and it slipped my mind. Great hospitality and service - Highly recommend.
