I have been a resident of the Denver Dry Building it is really disturbing to see the lack of maintenance of the building, tuck pointing that has not held up, leaks in the lobby, and crumbling balustrades, just to name a few. It is a real shame to see such an excellent historic building not being maintained as it should. #DenDryCA
