As a member of the DBCOA Board of Directors, responsible for the Denver Dry, a mixed use property in Downtown Denver, Jonathan Rose and Chuck Perry have failed to negotiate changes to the cross easement agreement to ensure long term stability of the condominium property values and building. I have been a resident of the Denver Dry Building it is really disturbing to see the lack of maintenance of the building, tuck pointing that has not held up, leaks in the lobby, and crumbling balustrades, just to name a few. It is a real shame to see such an excellent historic building not being maintained as it should. #DenDryCA
