I hired Perry Pool Service to replace my liner, resurface my pool deck, replace diving board, lights and ladders. They (Keith & crew) did a fabulous job. I have used them before for other less extensive work which they also accomplished expertly. I will definitely continue using Perry Pool Service for my pool service needs and highly recommend them.
Keith and his team did a great job refurbishing my 15 year old pool. They replaced my liner, repaired the floor of the pool that was damaged due to a leak, repaired 2 leaks in the plumbing, painted my steps, coping and concrete deck. Great service and price. Definitely my go to for future repairs.
I will have to say that this is the worst service I have ever received. Keith is condescending and does not respond with any type of communication until he finds out that his services are no longer needed, then he blows up your phone and demands for you to call back. When I asked him about his lack of communication, he claimed that it was his birthday weekend and he didn’t have any cell service, yet the text clearly showed that he read the message. Keith was hired to replace my pool liner and salt system in May. Pool opened in July. He was contracted to install two drains on the bottom and only put one in without discussing it. He also preferred cash to check so he didn’t have to claim taxes on it. We should have terminated contract from there as it was shady.
