It took almost 3 months of trying to get approved and into a home. Only to finally get into said home, no lease was ready when we moved in. The manager tried to tell me what my legal name was, even WITH my drivers license showing her she put an incorrect name on the lease. We went without air conditioning for 2 weeks while it was 90+ degrees outside. The floor of the trailer had no padding under the carpets so youbwere constantly walking on staples. Waited nearly two months for a lease, was told to move in and a lease would be provided. Lease was provided via email, couldn't be downloaded to print sign and return. Name was wrong on lease, price was higher than we were told. Water heater, air conditioner, ceiling fan, porch light and bath exhaust fan didn't work. In addition, daylight could be seen around the doors, the hot wire on the porch light base was detached and hanging, and the insulation on the neutral is degraded and missing.
