I was a client of Carols' for 15 months and was under no illusion that I was her only client. But it became clear Carol's workload a negatively effected her work for me. There were several instances where I would provide her with information she requested to only have her ask for it again 2 or 3 days later. This is a cautionary review of my 15 months as a client of Carol Perry. It became clear her workload during this period of time was too much for her to adequately perform her duties for me in a timely and accurate fashion. There were numerous instances where I would provide her with information and 2 or 3 days later she would ask for it again.
