Excellent Michelin star experience. The first course was light and airy, had bits of a metallic aftertaste, and made me think I was seeing the third dimension. The second course consisted of a wonderful metal rod that upon contact made me start floating. The third course, just a bowl of water, ended up being the most intricate delicacy brought to the table.
