While the staff is very nice and helpful, and having the Naro video collection here is wonderful, this building needs to be demolished and rebuilt. It's old, everything is falling apart. People talk super loud even on the quiet floors. It's never cleaned as everything is covered in dirt and food. I even picked up FLEAS from this library. Plus it's always incredibly hot, summer through winter. ODU needs to do better.
The library and the people that work in it are amazing! Sadly, ODU security lady likes to yell at students when they don't know they rules themselves!!! Please fix your campus!!!!
