All I needed was a stamp, from a notary. They could not deal with this because they dont dela with Family Court. fyi. Clean, beautiful building and friendly staff despite they couldnt help me.
Helpful and efficient
In 2023 I have bought a house in Woodland County and Lucas Nanninga from the Perry Law office was my lawyer. He was the lawyer for both, the seller and me the buyer. That double representation saved me $100, however requiring a lawyer who can fairly represent both sides.
