We bought a used lift from Scott. He promised it was in great working order. Once we got it to our shop and started using it we realized the battery was bad. It would only hold a charge for about 30 minutes without even being used. Scott said he would come look at it and never did. We took it to him and he would not help us. He would not follow up on his end with his promises of “looking into it” or “letting us know”. We had to contact him every time and then he would try and claim everything as being our fault.
