Came to look at a Perry Home, and was greeted by Michelle Barba. Right off..she was bubbly, very nice, and gave us ALL the information we needed. She was an encyclopedia of knowledge when it came to Perry Homes, and what they offer. We are still thinking, and looking. Perry is on the top of our list!! Thank you, Michelle
Rodney was professional and really knows his stuff. The upgrades where modern and tastefully done. The yards were more spacious than anticipated and the fixtures left nothing to be desired. I would recommend you check them out if you are looking for a turn-key new build home that isn't ridiculously overpriced for the area. They have pictures on the site and you can schedule a walk through like we did.
