They pride themselves on being a Premier builder but let the Perry Homes of Houston and San Antonio decide that for you. Believe the reviews! I contracted for a 2,373 sq. ft. home with 2 car garage for 650K. After I contracted, they dropped the price of another home, a 2474 sq. ft. 3 car to the same price.
