My wife and I purchased our Perry home in October 2024. We love the Legacy at Lake Dunlap neighborhood, and if you are planning to buy here, you absolutely need to choose Perry. We adore our home, from the design to the finishes. To me, what stands out most about Perry is the follow up after purchasing our home. We have received excellent service from our project managers, Tomas and Van, who have gone above and beyond to help us with anything that has been needed. Perry truly stands by their homes and their warranty.
Whole process was easy and everyone I worked with from Perry was amazing. Holtan got us an amazing deal and was perfect to work with. Grady built a beautiful home for me. And Matt has been with me since I moved in and has taken care of every tiny issue I have had quickly.
