Foundation was badly cracked completely through the slab top to bottom and side to side in two places after cement cured before the house was framed. Perry certified this was still ok and split the cost of changing flooring from tile to wood to allow for better flexibility. As home neared completion we noticed the garage header beam visibly sloped downward, causing bay door to appear crooked, verified by measurement.
