Put the house under contract... took 5 weeks to get prices back, which was fine, then they wouldn't give me a final purchase price until I gave them 13k in earnest money, who doesn't finalize numbers first before they require all the earnest money? that's insane...so they cancelled my contract....I wouldn't give anyone earnest money until I knew what I was paying...what a joke. I don't know how these guys sell homes. The agent was super nice I feel bad for her wasting her time dealing with corporate.
