We are about to start our new home build and just want to say a big thank you to Paul and Noel in the Thornton office! They are both lovely and go above and beyond to answer all our questions and nail our wants and needs with our new home. I’m excited to get the process underway!
Ive just started my builder investigation, new build or old and renovate. My visit to Perrys display at Thornton was very informative. I liked the guy that walked me through the home and he answered all my questions. I also liked the house. I left their house much more informed.
Visited Perry homes Thornton on a Thursday only to get there a see they were closed. Visited on another day on a Saturday at the Lochinvar site, same again. Called the number on the door to ask when or what time they would be open the guy answered and then hung up on me when I asked, tried to call back and never picked up the phone. So went back to try Thornton again to see it opened. Mentioned it to the guy in the office site about the hang up call and not opened on attempts to view. and he was dismissive about it . Employee or owner driving Perry Homes car expressed rude and dangerous behaviour cutting people off at drivethrough, acting arrogant and rude when called out and even tried to take my meal and not pay for it by lying at the window and trying to get my food without paying. made a big mess stuffing up the line. If someone can't get something as basic as going through a drive through right, can you imagine them building your home! Your image reflects the quality of your work and this guy showed this company is one I would avoid... read more
