Two stars because the homes are beautiful. You pay standard pricing for what most places charge upgrades for. There’s no denying this fact but the in-house lender and sales reps could do better. While Chris did assure us we’d get half of our earnest money back we did still lose $1500.00. The reason being is because they will pre-approve just about anyone. We were pre-approved then told to pay off a bunch of debts which ended in nothing still. We ended up just wasting a bunch of money. Their lenders also aren’t very responsiv... read more
