Perry Homes is very overpriced in this development. They are selling between the 650's and 800's on one block, Kira Ln. the rest of the subsection Is for sale in the 400's. They pride themselves on being a Premier builder but let the Perry Homes of Houston and San Antonio decide that for you. Believe the reviews! I contracted for a 2,373 sq. ft. home with 2 car garage for 650K. After I contracted, they dropped the price of another home, a 2474 sq. ft. 3 car to the same price.
