I am a local counselor in the community and Perry helped me make the shift into private practice as an early clinical supervisor. He helped me put language to the counselor I am and find the confidence to make it happen. He knows the value of therapeutic alliance, and providing the support an individual needs. Every now and then, I call him about difficult clients or situations and he does well in helping me see the bigger picture. He is an outstanding mental health resource in Lancaster County.

Definition of a therapist who is simply there to collect a pay check and nothing more. He would often just repeat what I said, sometimes making comments but almost never asking me questions that would make me analyze my behavior or provoke introspection, and never offering any solution or coping methods other than meditation. He charges way too much and does almost nothing to help.
