The team from Perry Family Roofing & Remodeling arrived right on schedule and were very courteous throughout the job. They made sure to protect my new rain gutters while replacing all the screws in the metal roof of my sunroom. Roger used larger metal screws along with oversized washers to make sure the roof stays leak-free. They also added a vent underneath the metal ridge cap for better airflow. After a big storm, Roger from Perry Family Roofing & Remodeling came out to check the damage on our roof. He carefully explained all our choices, and we decided a full roof replacement would be best. After a strong windstorm, a section of the trim on the gable side of my roof (without gutters) came off. I found out this part is called the rake fascia board. I am extremely satisfied with the work done on my roof! After getting several estimates from different roofing companies, I chose this one because they stood out from the rest.
