Never the best experience really and always a very long wait time even when you show up early or on time. I just got off the phone, though, with a Jennifer and she was very rude. I called asking about an appointment and she responded annoyed with when the appointment was, I said I didn’t receive any call reminder or anything that I missed the appointment and she didn’t say anything. A Family Affair We have been going to Perry Family Practice for 10 years now. Our doctor is Dr. Merrill, but we have been seen many times by Dr. Trochill. We have always received professional service and friendly nurses who really care about you and your family. There has been many mornings when I called them and they were able to get me an appointment within hours. RecommendedAppt today at 3:30 waited until 4:10 still not called back! Common practice should be to let patients know after 15 min they are behind! I rescheduled! I do not feel I should have to sit in a waiting room for minutes! My time is valuable as well

I love doctor Wallace she is amazing. The physician assistants are amazing and the longest I've ever waited was MAYBE 30 minutes if they're really busy. For the most part I only wait 5-10 minutes. They are all super friendly and care about your health.
Some days there is a wait but in life when isn't there?! Kudos to the whole team for putting up with me, I couldn't ask for anyone to take better care of me!!! Patience, it's something I'll be working on!�
